Grow a Girlfriend is now on Steam!

The Steam page uploaded today with the latest demo of the game! There you can see the new trailer and new screenshots of what to expect for the full game with the other two mushroom girls! To see what's to come, check out the link below, and remember to wishlist!

The demo is free and let's you play Button's route - and it's different from what you've played before. It showcases a LOT of updated art, such as backgrounds and new CGs, so if you want to see yourself cook, kiss, or decapitate Button in greater focus than ever, give it a play.

Wishlists

I sincerely ask that you consider wishlisting the game on Steam if you are interested in it! Wishlists are the lifeblood of indie games, so every single one counts!

Why? Each wishlist tells Steam to show my game to more players who might like it. I have been working on this game for 2 years, and I'm elated that it's finally about to come out. I don't earn any income besides donations and a few patrons, so my career as a game developer is hinging on how many wishlists this game get.

Release Date

I'm planning to release the full game in  just a few more months, around quarter 4 of 2025! Depending on the number of wishlists, it may come out faster, or if it does poorly, it may make more sense to wait, so my fingers are crossed.

What's next?

The main focus of the team from now on will be marketing, listening to feedback from the latest demo, as well as polishing any parts that are still a little rusty, so that we can deliver the perfect culinary dating experience to our players.
